Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Farshid Orak ("we", "us"), who runs Archrival. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use Archrival
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Exercise at your own risk
Archrival helps you plan and track workouts. It doesn't give medical or professional training advice, and the exercises listed are not recommendations for you personally. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Stop if you feel pain, faint or unwell. You are responsible for training safely.
3. Your account
You can use the app without an account, or sign in with Apple to compete with friends. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
4. Behaviour
Archrival is a game between friends. Friendly trash talk is the point; harassment is not. You agree not to:
- use a nickname or league name that is hateful, sexual, threatening, or that impersonates someone else;
- harass, bully or threaten other players;
- cheat, including logging workouts you didn't do in order to manipulate a league, or using automated tools;
- try to access other players' data or interfere with the service.
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players. You can block or report any player from their profile. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, reset names, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter, such as your nickname, league names and workout plan. You give us permission to store it and show it to the friends and league members you connect with, so the app can work.
6. Our content
The app, its name, design, heroes, artwork and text belong to us. You may use them only inside the app for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Price
Archrival is currently free. If we introduce paid features, the price and what's included will be shown clearly before you pay, and payments will be handled by Apple.
8. Availability
We may change, pause or end any part of the app at any time. Scores and results are for fun and carry no monetary value.
9. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from workouts you choose to do, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to your use of the app; where it conflicts with these terms on a matter Apple requires, Apple's agreement governs.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
